Return and Refund Policy

We know returns area bound to happen though we work hard to prevent this. We would love to have you call or email us with questions. Returns must be postmarked 14 days from delivery date. They must be in same condition as received. Free of makeup, deodorant stains. Unwashed and unworn with tags attached as originally sent. All footwear must be in original box and placed inside another box for shipping. No refunds on earrings. Return shipping costs are the customers responsible. We do not refund original shipping costs.
